DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults: Sip 2 to 3 cups of this PH Tea a day before Meals. PREPARATIONS: Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto 1 teaspoonful of herb. Let it infuse for 10-12 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon before straining and drinking the tea.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Store below 30ºC.
